shutter has got to be the scariest movie i've ever watched this year. no doubt about it. it scared the shit out of me. i highly recommend ppl to catch it.
i yelled at four boys in the cinema. they were making a racket so i shouted at them and told them to shut the hell up. mak su gave them her signature look. i call it the stare.

im having an allergy reaction. my whole body is itchy. i think it has got to do with the baju kurung i wear on sunday. in case you dont know, my body is super sensitive to synthetic materials for example industrial chemicals and im allergic to bactrim, which is a type of antibiotic. so i look like a freaking monkey + a female version of frankenstein because i have to make sure there's air flow on my armpits or else they would itch like crazy.

my mom is back from camp. there were no nagging ystrdy. it was plesantly peaceful. just the four of us watching the tv the whole day. my dad was one of them. surprisingly he did not say anything about watching the tube the whole day.

i got my dad hooked on oprah. he didnt go to work ystrdy and today so he got to watch oprah. at first he was like 'why are you watching her. she does nothing. all she does is sit and is now earning millions.' but after today's 1pm show he kept switching back to oprah when he's watching another program.

mak su and i went to secret recipe today. took raida's recommendation and had the banana chocolate cake but i have to say the choc cheeze or was it cheeze choc is just as good. im dying to try the rest of the cake selection.

as you get older, hari raya won't nothing much to you. the things i looked forward to were the asking for forgiveness, eating ketupat and nyayi's ayam masak merah and meeting your family members which you have not met for months. i had a feeling that i won't be receiving much cash this season. 1. im 18. 2. im sponsored. 3. i give such a screwed up face when im at someone's house esp du. 4. i think ive outgrown the immaturity of receiving hari raya money. like i would jump around and be proud of myself that i have cash which i can spend and which my parents have no control over. but im not complaining. my parents said that its rezeki. so if you want to give me, pls give me generously.

roxy is so overrated. three years ago it was in the corner of quiksilver. now you look left and right, all the minas and the lians and the wannabe surfer chicks are dressed from head to toe with roxy. phooey.

i kinda expected george bush would win the election but it doesnt matter to me.

jessica simpson is obiang. i think i've said this before but she is equivalent to the lians here in singapore. no doubt about it.

its time for me to do some spring cleaning in my room. its in a fucking mess. plus hari raya is approaching and my dad tends to get crouchy if he sees messy room. his favourite sentence is 'girls must be tidy. how if u have a house? confirm look like a bhangglar's store'. pfft. but i have to agree with him lar. his closet is 10 times tidier than mine.

phew. the exams are over. i can finally relax. i hope i wont have to go for any sub papers. i pray i'll pass.
came out of the examination hall 15 mins earlier. the paper was fine and i had to go out earlier cos most of the invigilators were nonyas and i bet they were going to take at least 20 mins to get everything sorted.
the guys asked me if i wanted to watch movie with them. i had plans with nila earlier but that could be postponed to tmr so i agreed. we watched the doll master. it was so much better and scarier than ouija board. at least this time round i got the plot. i still don't understand ouija board.
went shopping with siti and nizam. i saw a few brooches and i could have bought all of them but i need to curb my expenditure now that hari raya is approching.
